DO NOT GET UNDER CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!! They get you into a 5 year contract and the system never works right! We have had DOZENS of false alarm calls to the PD and every time they come out to fix an issue a new one pops up. The system has never worked properly and they do not have a performance clause in the contract so you can’t cancel if they don’t perform. I would very much like to change this to a 5 star once I get better service. I had you guys come out and setup an alarm system. First off they kept bringing out broken panels. Then they finally found one that worked and after a day it broke. I called them right away and hoped they would have sent their on call guy our asap but didn’t even hear back from them after the initial call. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unresponsive. Full of excuses. Smoke and mirror tactics. I have asked repeatedly when we will have access to the system that was installed. I keep getting the run around that they have paperwork to complete. They promise someone will call and I have heard nothing. When I call the customer service department they tell me it is in another department and they can’t help me. I have two systems installed and not worth it.
