I was extremely impressed with Titan Air Conditioning. They were professional in replacing our A/C Coil. When they discovered another issue work was scheduled and during the performance they checked the system again and discovered there wasn't a problem. The crew arrived on time each day. They flexed their schedule to accommodate some things we had to do. They respected the property, protecting floors and our stuff, and cleaning up the work debris. Everybody involved was friendly and pleasant, and they worked hard! I was particularly delighted with the neatness of the installation of the condensers in our side yard. Titan was amazing. Peter and Brayan were as professional as can be. In fact, everyone we felt with were great from beginning to end. They clearly explained the process all the way through, started and finished when they said and answered any questions we had. Great experience.
Very good in what they do, i.e. diagnostic and solving the issue. Professional and courteous, ontime and well organized. Mathew is knowledgeable and fun to discuss the topic. 4 and 1/2 Stars due to price.
