Titan was responsive, honest and fast to repair. They offered suggestions and honesty that a new part would likely be needed and not available until Monday so we could save the weekend service fee.
I have been using Titan Air Conditioning & Heating for 3-4 years. I am very happy with the service; respectful and knowledgeable technicians. Important, they don't charge and arm and a leg for their maintenence services.
These folks have put in 2 systems for us. They are great to deal with, very reasonable prices, and very responsive to any service related issues. We had a minor issue and they were out within an hour and had us up and running again. Highly recommend.
