On time, professional, and did a great job.
Had very good service from Titan. My AC outside unit blew up (smoke and fluid everywhere). Titan were recommended by my electrician. They were great: checked the warranty and even came out the same day to replace it. The installment took about 5 hrs and the service techs were polite, friendly and thorough. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that when the quote was provided, I was told “$X plus the frion” The price charged for the installation was exactly per the quote, but the final bill was over 50% more due to the ch... read more
