Very bad customer service. Not behaving properly with customers. Rude behaviour from sales boy.
Very bad service…they don’t accept the mistakes from the service centre. I bought automatic watch and it was having water leakage issue in 3 months and even in warranty they are unable to fix and giving silly reasons.
Good staff and nice service
Just loved there watch collections they do provide variety of product ranges starting from trending watch collections from TITAN to CITIZEN, the staff hospitality was absolutely top notch, would love to purchase again from Titan, Pimpri chinchwad area.
