Wish I could give minus zero stars. Absolutely ridiculous that we have power outages every single week here in Tishomingo County on days with no storms or winds. Tell me why? And for hours! Worst power I’ve ever had and makes me wish and rethink my moving here. Solar is my only option now. I hope anyone thinking of moving here will see this. So tired of yall having to come out and fix things and not pay attention to what yall are doing this is the 3rd time I'm having to call because your tech doesn't know what a caps lock is and how to properly copy a dang SSID. EDIT: Cole and Xavier from tier 1 tech are great!

We've lived at this location about a year now, and I think we have had a power outage about 6 times. This has had an accumulative time of a little more than 28 hours. So about once every few months or so, be ready to lose all refrigerated and frozen groceries.

For three years my bill has been more than my house payment. No one at the office will help me. They are rude, condescending, jerks. I have a family to support but cannot due to the power company taking all my money each month with no explanation as to why they are charging me so much. I do not have central heat or air nor do I run air conditioning units. It makes no sense.
