For three years my bill has been more than my house payment. No one at the office will help me. They are rude, condescending, jerks. I have a family to support but cannot due to the power company taking all my money each month with no explanation as to why they are charging me so much. I do not have central heat or air nor do I run air conditioning units. It makes no sense.

We have a lakehouse in tish county . We have been working on it for 3 years & last year we contacted tish connect due to their new fiber optics system and to get on list.Jeff called several times to check on us to see when we were going to be there ready for hookup. I told him whenever we were up there we would let him know.
