I find it so odd that we pay hundreds of dollars to this "company" and they can't even manage to clean up after themselves after trimming trees... Also, I'm almost certain all of the girls in that office don't have the credentials or customer service skills to work there. Probably somebody's daughter, granddaughter, or niece. Im so sick of this small-town bs...
The absolute rudest women I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to. After calling the office you would have rather been in a staring competition against the sun while chopping onions locked in an unventilated glass box half full of angry red wasps. You can never talk to an actual human when you call they want you to leave a message. They even have the nerve to charge me for the six weeks that our line was lying on the ground from the recent ice storm!
Poor customer service, and won’t resolve your issues.
