I am sitting once again without power after a moderate Thunder storm! What is going on?? Are we going to have to bribe the boomers out of retirement to come show the current employees at TPUSA how it's done? I can only speak for myself, but I'm sick of this!!
This is absolutely the worst electric company I have ever dealt with they love it when people say how great job they do but when people tell the truth about this electric company they don’t like it they treat there customers like crap the ladies at the front desk are all smart mouths if you try and complain about there service like the power flickering several times in the day or just go off and not come back on for hours I don’t know who is in charge of this place but they need to be fired and replaced
Five stars for competitive rates. One star for actually providing electricity. A brief windstorm yesterday has somehow become a 16-hour outage, and the day’s heat hasn’t even started yet. By this afternoon we’ll be baking in triple-digit heat because the power grid apparently has the structural integrity of a saltine cracker left out in the rain.
