I have been going to Tish for a couple years now until as of recently I have experienced poor communication with her as well as unprofessionalism. I understand a busy schedule but when it comes to time management, that should definitely be a priority with clients. Also, if there is an issue, I feel like it should be voiced and communicated … this is where this establishment is lacking.
I said this in a loc group, it was suggested that I post it here to warn others. I set an appointment for Saturday online through Booksy and paid a $105 deposit for starter Locs. I arrived about 15 minutes early. Full & busy shop. No problem. She did not start on my hair on time. She had about three clients she was working on when I got there.
