I was very frustrated over the fact that my rv furnace, took 3 service calls before it was fixed. I gave 5 stars because they never gave up! 3rd time, they actually took it their shop and bench tested it, changed the limit switch & brought it back. I fired it up on this semi chilly night, & it works perfectly. A frustrated, upset customer is now a happy customer. I'll be back! They made it right, didn't throw in the towel.
