Front staff team member Vanessa was polite and professional. She ensured my plumbing issues were resolved as quickly as possible and scheduled techs to my home. Tisdale Mechanical Contracting were GREAT!! My heat pump quit working in March and It was cold inside my house. Tisdale came over right away and made sure I had heat. They returned in late May when they could inspect my heat Pump but found out they couldn't get parts for the pump. My heat pump did both heating and cooling so I decided to get rid of the faulty heat pump and replace it with an A.C. Unit. They promptly returned as soon as they got the new A.C. I highly recommend Tisdale Mechanical Contracting. Their professionalism, fair pricing, and reliability were outstanding. They acted quickly to replace our central air system and kept me informed every step of the way with clear communication and updates on the schedule. They also noticed a minor issue with our hot water tank and took care of it on the spot. Excellent service from start to finish.
