Just Jack! I complain about everything....except Jack. He is honest and reliable! He explains everything to u, and will show you what is wrong. I asked for a new oil pan, over a hundred dollar job...after I left he called me and told me he could patch it for $25...now I ask u, who does that??? Just Jack!
WILL NOT RECEIVE MY BUSINES ANYMORE I've read the reviews and agree with the services Jack provided until my recent experience with him, which his demeanor turned me off all together. I had my car towed to his shop, received a call next day from Jack lecturing to me about how he's tired of receiving bottom of the barrel jobs, cleaning up other people's mess and how he's tired of it. Honest Guy We've all had lousy experiences with auto mechanics. Jack was recommended to me by a neighbor after one such experience. He's a no crap, straight talking guy who has invested a lifetime in the biz and is 100% honest. Always gives a reasonable estimate and does the work quickly and well. And you won't find a string of new unrelated things mysteriously cropping up after each visit, if you know what I mean. I think he's a mechanic you can trust.
Honest Jack will tell the issue without any bias or personal interest with his "Old School" philosophy as he calls it. My family utilizes his shop and trust him fully to not slap on any unecessary repairs. Every time I feel walk in there, Jack is looking out for me and my car. To this date, I have never had any issues with tasks addressed by him, minor or major. He comes highly recommended from me and many others.
Best Car Repair Store. HANDS DOWN. First off, I started to go to Jacks when I suspected my other car repair store was ripping me off causing me to go biweekly to fix it. I went originally from a recommendation from a family member. Jack tells it like it is, very trustworthy, and always looking out for the customer. For example, my bumper feel off (ripped off hooks but no real damage) from a crash, instead of paying 500 dollars to get a new one, he offered to screw on the old for free. 7 of our immediate family now go to him.... read more
