This is the most outstanding group of people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Tisdale dental group is amazing. Always very warm and welcoming environment. The staff and dentists go above and beyond to appease their clients. They are compassionate and understanding. The dental care team is thorough and always puts the comfort of their clients over anything. A big thank you to Dr. Ashlyn Shwab and her assistant Shelby for their extra care today.
I wish I could say that I had a pleasant experience as everyone reviewed but my experience with this dental group was horrible. The receptionist was nasty and rude. She needs customer service training or something. I complained how I was struggling to get by and then she sarcastically she tells me about her hard time to make ends meet. How unprofessional!! Amazing clinic! Top notch dental work, with friendly and informative staff, and they go above and beyond when able to work a person in for emergencies.
