Instead of turning angry or combative, they should ask questions, as to why???They do everything they can not to see it from our perspective, understand what went wrong, and work with the person to resolve it. All necessary permits for the construction of this house were acquired; all inspections were successfully passed and a Certificate of Occupancy was granted by the Building jurisdiction (Madeira Beach) in 2015. This former customer lodged a formal complaint in 2018 with the Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board (PCCLB), which denied the complaint after the PCCLB confirmed that permits were acquired and all inspections passed.
