Y’all close at 5:30pm. If you’re gonna stop doing titles at 4:30pm, then close at 430pm. I strolled in at 4:32 and y’all can’t make an exception for 2 minutes? I’m sorry but that’s ridiculous. Won’t be going back. Won’t be referring anyone here either. Thank you Marisol @ Alamo & Snows auto title service off Hwy 35 for taking care of me and doing titles until closing. She was quick and efficient. They are 4 mins away, and they are less expensive and don’t charge the extra fees.
The staff are excellent. Jennifer helped us with our registration request.
I went up to have the title changed on my car in August 2024 and haven't received in March 2025. Come to find out they never put my apartment # on my address and when I called to have them resend it because they made a mistake on my address they were so rude and won't change there mistake and resend it. I paid for this service so I didn't have to go to the DMV and now they are telling me I have to go to the DMV. DO NOT USE THEM!
