I've never had any issues with these ladies. They are good at what they do and I purposely drive 20 minutes out of the way to go to them.
Worst service ever. They really need to have some action at bed to change their attitude.
I'll give it a 3 because the service is very speedy, but the ladies working there could be a little nicer. Every time I go I'm always respectful to them but no matter who helps me they always have an attitude. You would think they worked at a court house or correctional facility with the attitude they have. Luckily I only have to deal with them once a year.
Elsa Vargas is very unprofessional, does not pay attention to details, lies that things didn't happen until she is shown proof, cost me 2 hours of a babysitter & 3 gallons of gas on return trips to straighten out her errors. She finally said I'm sorry, but her & her co-worker got attitude with me when I said that is not good enough.
