NYU Langone Health based on my mother's recent visit to the emergency room. Went there with a fever headache and chronic stomach pains on top of other issues and left with no diagnosis or relief for symptoms of pain just nausea medicine and a referral for a specialist doctor. They didn’t even do a cat scan. Negligence
Service was quick however i was badly misdiagnosed! I had a rash on my right side and complained about chest pain on that side, they did xray to check the breast i was complaining about, did some blood work but failed to check for Shingles!!! They said they did see anything and that i was perfectly fine sent me home quickly pain got worst so i went to my pcp and she ran tests turned out it was Shingles. Chatgpt did a better job at the diagnosis! Don’t get me wrong the doctors were super nice but this shouldn’t have happened!

My wife stayed on a stretcher in the hallway for hours after her test results came back. It should not take hours for someone to come by to discuss blood work and an unremarkable CT scan. Moreover, no nurses checked in on her once. I work at NYU and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
