On September 2nd 2025, I and my wife arrived in the Emergency room of the Cobble Hill hospital in Brooklyn. My name is Jik Chu, and my wife is Yesook Chu. We are both naturalized US citizen, and senior citizens both well over 80 years old. We arrived using Assist, a private ambulance company. Wow I don't know where to start i came in because I though I was having symptoms of a heart attack witch they took me in right away they did a EKG and perform other exams and blood work witch thank God everything came out find but they acted fast and took care of me right away thank you to the nurses amd doctors
Beautiful facilities with knowledgable, supportive staff. Have now had to come in three times for very different reasons (twice as a patient and once accompanying someone) and every time we were seen relatively quickly, given comprehensive care that included follow-up, and left in a much better physical and emotional state than I came in.
First time and for an emergency ER visit at 3am it was actually great. The front desk staff, nursing team and doctor were great. Efficient visit, handled with care, short wait times, and good communication. We were probably in the emergency room for an hour and half tops. If another emergency presented itself hopefully not anytime soon- I would most likely come here again. Maybe I just happened to come in at a time where things were calm and not sure if all will have the same experience but hospital visits can be scary this ... read more
