Horrible Experience. Not once did we feel welcome, Sandra who was “helping” worst customer service we’ve experienced in this journey of wedding dress shopping. 1. She arrived late 2. I cannot recommend this bridal shop enough! Sandra was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in. She listened to everything my sister wanted and somehow knew exactly which dress was the one. We didn’t even have to try on any other dresses because the very first one she picked was everything my sister had dreamed of. Sandra made the experience so special, stress-free, and memorable.
