Waited 30 minutes in a room a chihuahua barked at us in and there was also dog poop in the corner.
We made an appointment for 3 o’clock but ended up getting there 15 minutes early. They told us, very rudely, to come back at three because they had another client, so we left and returned at 3 (our actual appointment time). Then we waited another 15 minutes in the front while they were still dealing with another client. Eventually, they put us in a back room.
