Do not believe the positive reviews. Horrible customer service, the “consultant” not to be confused with a sales woman as she proclaimed was extremely rude and distasteful towards our whole experience. I saw some people sharing the same negative experience on here so i decided to share mine. Rude. Entitled. Distasteful.
My daughter's quinceañera is on 09/05/2026, so I started planning almost two years in advance because I wanted everything to be perfect.
