I purchased a set of TIS 549MB wheels for my new GMC Sierra Elevation truck. 20x10 -19offset. My truck is garage kept and kept spotless. I don’t use any wheel cleaners on my wheels I only use soap and water. Upon washing my truck today I have noticed that the clear coat is starting to flake off the driver side wheels. I called TIS and they stated all wheels have a 1 year warranty for that. I ask if they were aware of any other wheels having the clear coat flake and they stated we get phone calls all the time about it. So bas... read more
Terrible customer service. Told me they would send a new Center cap 2 years ago and a few times since and after a few follow up emails they have stopped responding.
