The food was decent, but please everyone double-check your bill carefully if you dine here with a party of 6 or more. We are group of 8 and everyone pay their separately bills.My pre-tax subtotal was $29. The restaurant charged an 18% large-party service charge of $6.84. Following standard Ontario restaurant practice, this 18% service charge should be calculated on the pre-tax subtotal, which would be $5.22. Their calculation base was wrong and caused an overcharge. I had my bday celebration in the restaurant and what a great showcase of Chinese cuisine culture to my non Chinese friends. We love the Soo n Tea ceremony the most and the calligraphy in the dining room.
Food is really good, I recommend the lamb
The main dishes are good but not mind-blowing, however the actual star of the show here are the tea and desserts, straight up one of the best Asian style desserts I've had anywhere ever, and the tea selections are truly high quality even for connoisseurs.
