Can't even get a quote for service. Been waiting over 5 weeks, maybe 6 at this point. Wasted my time with the phone calls (one way, me calling them) and driving my vehicle all the way down so they could take a look and do nothing, not even give me a quote. I recently had the pleasure of having our family 2001 Ford Mustang repainted by Ti’s Auto. As you can tell by the vehicle year we are one year away from being considered an antique vehicle here in Virginia. As such, the paint was showing serious wear after being parked in the elements for the past quarter century. Our family located Ti on line and dropped the car off for an estimate. To preface, I wish I didn't have to write this review. I had multiple bids and chose Ti's Auto because they reminded me of my family, and I understand it's a small mom-and-pop shop. Knowing that, I would be truly upset to receive a review like the one I am writing. I paid out of pocket without insurance after a tree fell on my truck, crushing the cab roof. After coming in, I clearly told the shop which parts I wanted fixed, and Ti took photos of all the points I mentioned. The repair took about two months to complete. Around... read more
I needed my hood repainted and was recommended to go to Ti’s Auto Repair and Body Shop. I picked up my car at the agreed upon day and it looked amazing. Very happy with the work and definitely would recommend to anyone.
