My car had some old, and some new, damage (thanks, snowcrete!) in February, so I brought it in. Mostly front bumper stuff. I was given a thorough, itemized estimate of the work, and the repairs were completed in reasonable time. When I picked up my car, it had been washed and looked AMAZING. I brought in my old and cheap Kia Soul that means the world to me. I've had it forever and it runs great but it was weathering in a lot of places. I brought it to Ti's and they were happy to help restore it to its former glory. I stopped by for a quote on a Wednesday morning and we spent about 20 minutes going over what I wanted done and Ti was very honest and realistic with my expectations for color matching on the car. Can't even get a quote for service. Been waiting over 5 weeks, maybe 6 at this point. Wasted my time with the phone calls (one way, me calling them) and driving my vehicle all the way down so they could take a look and do nothing, not even give me a quote. Edit 10/11/25 - instead of taking any accountability, someone representing this business claims a fake review because I've given other body shops who do the same poor business practices bad reviews?
