Amazing folks here. The therapists I've met here are now friends of mine. They've helped me a ton on my journey. Highly recommend this place.
Everyone is amazing. I had femur surgery and they were so sweet and caring.
Starting to see why the ratings are down. 15 days after discharge we are still waiting for the correct paperwork to get into the outpatient services. Outpatient services doesn't communicate well. Pre-stroke we had no less than 3 different orders for therapy here and were told they would contact us. They did not. Post stroke has been nuts.
During the first call with their central booking staff for initial evaluation, we emphasized that it is for spasticity where it should be at the Memorial location. Staff set the evaluation appointment at the Woodlands location, saying that staff there can do the evaluation for patient with spasticity. It was a huge wasting of time. When we show up at the appointment , it was a disaster . After 4 hours of waiting, we were told no one could do the evaluation that day because someone called in. The physical therapy department has been nothing but amazing! They are so caring and hilarious. They always find a way to make me and son feel welcomed.
