My son was never been excited to attend speech therapies until he had Sydelle in TIRR. He's usually grumpy to attend speech but he got excited when i mention Sydelle and his retention at home is very positive. Unfortunately we're pausing therapies (their policy not to have continuous therapies) but when we're back, we hope to still have Sydelle as my son's therapist. Thank you

Completely useless staff. Call 2 months in advance to schedule appointment off a referral from a doctor. Just for TIRR to wait until the day before the appointment to see if the insurance is accepted. Then proceeds to text me all the way up to the appointment to verify im still coming, but can't send a text to tell me that decided to cancel the appointment. Do better Memorial Hermann.

Speech therapist was rude and condescending to my son. This place is a young therapists hang out joint where they rather talk to each other than focus on the clientele. Unfortunately we had to go elsewhere and glad found a compassionate therapist who has a great working relationship with my son. It takes empathy, compassion and a little bit of hard work to build a rapport with a severely disabled child.
