0/10 recommend. Have called at least 5 times, and spoken to someone at least 3 times, about setting up therapy appointments. Nobody will call back. Having my care transferred to Methodist, where they actually want my business.
Wonderful experience with my daughter. Bianca is the sweetest. It shows that she truly cares. My daughter is temperamental and gets cranky and scared with new people but Bianca handled her so calmly that my daughter enjoyed her sessions. It is a blessing to find a therapist who treats patients like that.
Poor communication skills. They cancel on us multiple times. Today was the third time we showed up and they said our session was cancelled and we weren’t informed by anyone. In their notes they had that Lindsey the supervisor informed us. When she came to the front she said Lauren the therapist told her she communicated to us we cancelled. Such a mess. Front desk staff is very rude and not accommodating.
