They always take care of their customers!
Very unsatisfied with the service provided here. I had recently bought an entire new set of tires. I had hit something on the road yesterday and caused the rim to bend and needed a new tire. They did not offer road warranty to cover this. I had to pay for an brand new tire just to replace it. This is not how customers should be treated when there are accidents that happen. A business should want their customers to want to come back. I will never go back to this business. You have just lost me as a customer.
Trey and his guys run one of the best tire stores around east Texas. Always ready to help!
I don't live anywhere near Whitehouse but developed a flat while driving through the area. I stopped by Tire Worx and they had me back on the road within the hour. I was impressed with their customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.
