We broke down across the street from tireworks and they brought us water and offered to help us with any tools we needed and a place to rest and use the bathroom. Thanks again!
Tireworks has been helpful and friendly in the past until recently. We took our RV in about noon to replace a tire. The guy at the front desk suggested we get new bearings along with those tires after inspection. But the mechanic said lube would be sufficient. That same evening, the hub and wheel blew off and we ended up having to replace the entire axle. We have contacted Tireworks twice by phone and twice by visiting the shop. They do not call back (although they claim to, caller ID shows otherwise) or deal with the matter... read more
