I went into this tire shop completely honest about knowing nothing about tires, and Duane was kind enough to walk me through everything and educate me about my tires, maintenance, and the best tire options for my lifestyle and budget. This place is amazing!! Everyone there is so helpful and so so kind ! They even are getting me a second tire so I don’t mess with my transmission! I was so prepared to pay an arm and a leg and this is not one of those places. Good Christans work here.
A superb operation run by a true gentleman who epitomizes all that is best in the state. He is honest he is polite, he is helpful, he is friendly and he will go out of his way to make sure that the customer is satisfied and saves money. Having used other places before I found his there is now no other place that I will ever use.
Took my car there for a rebalance after another shop had installed new tires and "balanced" them. Car didn't feel exactly right so I took it to Tireville. My appt was for 10am and they promptly took me in at 10 am. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Car feels smooth at highway speeds now. Apparently according to the technician, every wheel was out an ounce or more. Thanks Tireville.
Blew a tire today on our trailer that operates our business. I was able to limp it up the road and get it to Tireville. Dwayne and his team were on it IMMEDIATELY. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Got a quote for my truck for all 4, can’t beat the price. Will DEFINITELY be back before winter hits…customer for life. Thanks again!!!!!
