Very disappointing experience They overcharged me for basic tire work and still didn’t fix the issue properly Had to come back twice and waste more time.
I had a very disappointing experience with this tire shop. They quoted one price over the phone but charged much more once the work was done without any proper explanation. The service was slow, the staff seemed careless, and my car was returned with the same issue I came in for. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for honest and reliable tire service.
Poor customer service from start to finish Staff acted annoyed when I asked simple questions Felt rushed and unvalued as a customer.
Incredible service, I called Andres in need of snow tires and new rims with an extremely tight turnaround after calling several other vendors in the area. I was told my timeline was not possible by other, larger vendors, and Andres was able to locate the exact tires requested and get them onto the vehicle in under 48 hours. The best part being the mobile service for added convenience. Thanks so much for your help - great experience!
