First, these "experts" did not know what socket to use to take off the tires from my ml350. They thought the 8 point nuts were lock nuts. I had to take the tires that I bought from them and bring to a different garage to be installed. Second, they sold me tires that went completely bold after 15000 km of driving throught the colder part of the year I might add. If you value your money then stir away from this bucket shop.

I don't trust anyone at this shop. Great place to get lied to or cheated all under a guise of caring for the customer. Already having a decent set of winter tires but no rims for my Benz B250, I was told to trade the set in for a set of supposedly better tires that were already put on OEM rims. Well, that was all fine and dandy except the winter tires I got were a lesser quality than what I had in my possession (which I was supposed to have had put on).
