Very friendly guys and awesome customer service! Would recommend to anyone that needs any tires . Very quick also.
Got stuck with a check engine light for the timing chain system while passing through Sioux Falls on a road trip. Great shop with great pricing, they narrowed it down to the solenoid and it just had some very small plastic pieces in it from the timing chain guide starting to degrade. They were knowledgeable and honest and they got me home. The pricing was very reasonable. Isaac up front was great and even reached out the next day to make sure we got home. Quick service from friendly employees. Beautiful new shop. Very competitive prices.
Putting emphasis on the “andMore “! Despite my assumption that they only offer tire services, they offer far more (such as window regulator replacement). Very timely accommodations and Isaac made sure to contact me with estimate prior to doing any work. The price I was quoted was in line with the bill. I was pleased with my experience and if I ever have another need they will be the first I call.
NOT RECOMMENDED!! After shopping around these guys quoted me a good price. So I decided to try out the new tire shop and give them some business. After all said and done they charged me $89 more than quoted. I didn't have time to argue or settle with the boss because I was had to be somewhere and they knew that. I don't recommend this shop. Not a way to start a business being shady.
