RecommendedDiscount Tire Are Crooks Long story short, she got a nail in her sidewall which means she needed a new tire (can't be patched in the sidewall). She went to Discount Tire in Friendswood and they first tried trapping her by taking the tire off the rim without asking her or giving her a quote. Then, they told her she had 6/32's tread left and 4/32's is when they need to be replaced.
