Do not ever go here. The guy up front has no idea of what customer service is. First off, they pull my car in and smack my front bumper on the lift. When the tech went to back it off, he smacked it again and stopped, right in the position on the ramps where my bumper is hitting the ramps. This caused damage to my bumper paint due to the bending of the plastic. I figured no big deal. SO I DECIDED TO TAKE MY CAR TO TIRE COUNTRY TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR! THEY LOOKED AT IT AND TOLD ME WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THE GUY "WHAT WILL THE TOTAL BE" HE LOOKED AT THE PAPER WORK AND TOLD ME $270 WITH TAX. I THEN REPEATED SO $270 WITH TAX THATS WHAT I'M GOING TO PAY HE THEN SAID YES, SO I TOLD HIM GO AHEAD AND FIX IT. I went to Jiffylube to have my oil changed and tires rotated when I discovered that my tires were splitting and that I needed new tires immediately. I went to Tires USA because it was right down the road... Horrible decision. They charged me a total of 600 dollars to buy new tires and have them installed. I was told they were top of the line tires, 110.50 per tire. I went home and discovered that I could have bought them for 75 dollars a tire. they also charged 120 dollars for installation and tire alignment. way to take adv... read more
