They put on our tires wrong, now we need new lug nuts. The tire was so bad that it was wobbling as we drove down the road. We went back to the shop, the guy slammed the door in our face, and did not want to help us at all! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE☹️
Didn't have a great overall experience
Driving from CT to Florida we got a flat so I put the spare on and got a hotel since it was midnight, showed up at 7am sat morning at Tire Unlimited and we were back on the road by 8am . I thought I needed a replacement tire because it was a big hole from a tire weight that somehow punctured our tire. They had a replacement but said they're gonna see if they could fix it and they did. I was alittle nervous because we had another 800 miles to drive and then back home but it held up. Driving from NJ to Florida around NC we got a flat tire overnight and we gad to wait until the morning to find a tire shop, we found this place and they were extremely fast and the guy helped my husband put the spare back in the car and everything , excellent customer service and very affordable! We made it to Florida safe! Will always keep this place in mind when traveling near NC!
