Came in unexpectedly on a Saturday with a screw stuck in my tire. They had me up and going again in like 30 minutes. Always so friendly. Highly recommend Big Brand in Temple!
Guy said 2-3 hours for a brake and rotor replacement. Had been sitting for 2 hours and the guy inside had to go tell the mechanic to do his job and went out again to see what was going on after the 3 hours. The place is dirty and has a bunch of bugs. They finally finished after almost 4 hours. Didn’t tell us what took so long. Very unprofessional, will not be returning.
Outstanding team at Big Brand in Temple. They understood the problem with my tire, did the correct assessment, and repaired the tire at no cost. Unlike the "mechanics" and supervisor at Firestone across the freeway, these guys new what they were doing.
Customer service was professional and time waiting was not unreasonable. Replaced four tires, and balance. Thanks for your service!
Service was quick and good but the front counter guys have no disposition, zero people friendly!
