DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! I KNOW THEIR PRICES ARE CHEAP AND IT’S ENTICING! DO NOT GO! Paid this shop to replace 2 tires, only to later discover they actually replaced just 1 while charging me for both. I didn’t catch it immediately because I trusted the work was done properly, but after inspecting things months later, it became obvious one of the original tires was never changed. Came in for a tire change and had a great experience. The team was fast, professional, and explained my options without trying to upsell. Prices were reasonable compared to other places I checked. I was in and out very efficiently. Definitely coming back for winter tire swaps at tires tires!
I had the worst experience here. Their poor balancing caused noise at high speeds, and after just one week, they refused to correct their mistake, citing the lack of an invoice. Their customer service system is incredibly outdated. I can hardly believe this is Canada, and Toronto, its largest city. The team at Tires and Tires are kind and courteous, and I find the experience the same every single time I come. They really care for their customers. Also I appreciate their efficiency and professionalism. They get the job done, and their price is quite reasonable. That's why I recommend people to come here, and I personally bring my vehicles here every year for winter and spring tire swap.
