great folks
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We ran into an issue while traveling, and Ricky at Super Gomas Tire in Hazleton was absolute perfection. He got us in right away, took care of everything without hesitation, and had us back on the road in no time. Beyond the fast service, Ricky’s positivity is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Facing travel trouble is stressful, but his upbeat energy, kindness, and unbelievable attitude turned our entire day around. That level of genuine customer care is rare. We hit some tiny something, a bolt maybe, on 476, and got an instant flat tire in my brand new tires. Looked up tire repair and found this place nearby, got our spare on, and limped over there. They found the hole and did the plug, put the repaired tire back in the car for us, and got us back on the road for a very reasonable price in an amazingly short amount of time, maybe fifteen minutes! Highly recommend!
Terrible didn’t want to help me out without giving me any type of reason on top of that didnt let me talk to a manger to Understand what’s going very rude don’t come over also started cursing me out in Spanish with their co workers
