Contractor performed an unauthorized debit/draw on a previously stored debit card info without my permission for $2,400. Fraudulent claim was submitted to Chase Bank. Police report was made. Pictures of work unfinished were submitted. Copy of contract was emailed to Branch Manager. Full amount of work to be performed was $2,400.
