Stopped into Tires R Us after hitting something on the highway, which caused my brand new tire to no longer hold air. The young man that we spoke with immediately jumped into getting the tire off to check it out. Unfortunately, the rim was bent, so we weren't able to do a permanent fix, but were able to get it to hold air long enough to get it home.
Would not recommend if your looking for good customer service , Was quoted a price and then when work was done ,I was told a different price before work was started and then was told either I pay it or they will take off what was just replaced.not professional at ALL.definitely would NOT recommend
Very friendly employee and affordable so I thought I was the last customer on Saturday I got a patch on my tire but guess what cause I was the last customer of the day they half-assed did it and my tire still leaking now I have to spend extra to get it fix because they no open on Sundays ugh
