Rude customer service. I thought I was purchasing a set of 4 tires, but ended up being two. Gennadiy seemed upset when I told him I've purchased many used sets for around his price, and they come balanced and installed, where his didn't. I didn't mean to be rude but I guess it really upset him. I thought it was normal pricing but I he was highly offended.
