I had a bad experience. The man behind the desk didn't know what to charge me for replacing a headlight bulb. (I supplied the replacement bulb from another auto parts store. It took the technician about 2 minutes to replace it.). After he noticed I was holding a $20 dollar bill then he immediately said the cost was $20. To fix a flat would be less than $10 but to do a 2 minute task it's $20.
