Got an oil change and tire rotation done. Staff was friendly,prices were fair! We wanted to support a local business and they did not disappoint!
They're the best! I get an oil change and a tire rotation for cheaper than what I usually pay for an oil change alone. I've walked in every time with no appointment. I always ask if they can take me. I know walk ins aren't always easy to take. No long wait, even when they seem pretty busy. They will have you out in no time! Great customer service. Great people. Great prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
When we moved in this area, we came to Tires Plus and had a new set of tires put on my wife’s car. We carry the car there to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. Had a flat today, when trying to break the lug nuts they were so tight I couldn’t get them loose. Called roadside service, and even then using an impact, the guy struggled to get them to break loose. I carried to car and flat tire to them and asked if they torqued the lug nuts. The response was “we do not use torque wrenches”. Just to be clear, over torquing ... read more
