Don't come here, This is the most expensive shop in town to get a tire changed And judging by previous reviews they are Not good at doing anything else either.
Jeremy and Brad were just great. I live out of town and needed to get home. Jeremy recommended a better tire than I had from the manufacturer and it was at a reasonable cost and less than those of the car I had on. Upon driving home I realized my car drove better and smoother than when I went in. These guys are super busy and they were super patient with what I can consider an annoying ME! Price fair! Quality excellent! Service fantastic.
The guy was an absolute jerk! Gave me one price as I checked in and charged me more upon the completion of my oil change. He had a horrible attitude when I questioned the charge, and basically called me a liar! I will not be back to this location! I have used Tires Plus for over 20 years and won't go back!
Jeremy and Brad were very nice and professional. I went in to get an alignment on my van. Upon inspection they noticed my outter tie rods were shot. They informed me right away and had me come see for myself. So I had them get those done as well👍 Chairs in the waiting room and outside are comfortable..if you have to wait. I did so I tried both areas and also went for a walk,lol. I recommend Tires Plus, if you need an alignment or have other issues with your vehicle...give them a call or book an appointment online😁
This local towing operation will not be recommending this store to any customers for the forseeable future. Bad attitude from the front desk. gave dirty look to customer when she walked in, was angry that i brought a customer to him. this has happened before that we had a bad attitude from the staff, after showing up with customers vehicle. understand it is a long day sometimes, but no reason to treat customers in such manner.
