DISHONEST – I brought my car for a high milleage oil chage to get the free tire rotation they offer for oil changes. I never told them I marked my tires before bringing it there. They told me I can pick it up in 3 hours. 3 hours later I called and they said it was not ready yet, so I said fine as long as the work gets done. Another 2 hours later I went to pick my car, and upon paying I asked to make sure the tires were rotated and the person in charge said yes and even showed my and read the work receipt to show that the job... read more
