I've only been going to Tires Plus a few months. The first time, I needed to get my oil changed. I dealt with Travis. Super nice person. Then, I needed new tires and again I went there. Travis was there. He surprised me by remembering who I was. I was impressed. Travis is very pleasant, very knowledgeable and knows every aspect of a vehicle. I couldn't ask for a better place to have work done in my car when it needs it.
Travis is an absolute maniac ! I showed up at 10:00 a.m. for my appointment he laughed in my face.... After an hour of waiting and my car not budging from the parking lot I asked for my key back! Travis flipped out came flying towards me waving my key at me screaming and yelling to have a great day and get out of his store! I'm a 4 ft 11 inch woman he stands over 6 ft tall and he came at me because I wanted to take my car and leave because of the horrible service! I’ve been coming here to East Tamiami Trail location for 4 years because I believe they are honest with me regarding repairs, and they do good work. I made an appointment and they took me within 10 minutes. They explained my bill and gave me an accurate estimate before they completed the job. I was there for several hours. The seating is comfortable but the TV was too loud and was showing action films to a group who wasn’t the least bit interested. Most people are on their phones or trying to read.
