Took my van in to have the back tire fixed and they told me that they couldn't fix it because the Dept of Transportation wouldn't allow it. They said I needed four new tires. The front two were only four months old and I had purchased them from the very same Tires Plus! How could they have gone bad in four months? Then they also told me my brakes were bad. I just had new brakes put on two months ago. They said I need my oil changed and new wiper blades. Anything to rip me off. I took my tire to another unconnected tire store... read more
Overall good service, in the past I would say they were a little slow making repairs (even when you had an appointment). However, the past couple times we have went we have noticed an improvement (strongly recommend making an appointment). We have never had any issues after the fact with the work done.
