Very professional. Helped me when I needed it. Understanding Would recommend them for tire needs
Had an overall great experience. Made appointment online, they called to confirm appointment advised there would be a wait of an hour so to come an hour later, was happy to not have to wait in the store any longer than required. Had two tires replaced job done well with no issues very polite staff. Thw cost was about 80.00 cheaper than the dealership quoted
Dropped off wheels and tires to be balanced. Slightly aftermarket F150 wheels, but nothing eccentric. I confirmed they could do them because they were 33” tires. They helped me unload them. Next day they called to say “uhhh we don’t have the adapter to balance these, we used to have it but we don’t know where it went so we can balance them”. Happy to say, another tire shop got them taken care of right away and for 40% less than Mavis.
Rapid scheduling, prompt analysis and quotation, in-process updates and rapid completion to quote. They invite you into their shop and show the problem(s), and explain what they will do. Very thorough. We'll be back.
