I booked an appointment online. Their website was very user friendly. I had my appointment booked in moments. When I arrived, customer service was prompt and helpful. He gave me an accurate time estimate for my repair. There are plenty of shopping centers nearby to buzz around while you wait. The employees and establishment are very honest and straight forward. I have never been givin the run around or have added costs incurred. We have been using their services for several years and will continue to do so.
I stopped at Mavis because my tire pressure warning light came on. They quickly diagnosed a bad sensor, fixed it at a great price, and sent me on my way. Of course, another warning came on that evening for a different tire—because my car wanted an encore and had decided to become a recurring expense.
