I called and asked for a replacement tire. I want to get the one run flat tire on my car replaced. The other 3 are not run flats. Argued with Scott for a few minutes. Told him the situation. I’m selling the car by the end of summer. Just wanted a non run flat tire, Scott told me if it’s a run flat he MUST put another run flat on. Which makes no sense to me, but apparently it’s a set in stone rule at Mavis tire. Maybe not Scott’s fault if that’s their rule, but he wasn’t listening to me and he wasn’t able to offer me any help... read more
