Excellent service. They worked around well with my scheduling and serviced me quick and honestly!
If I could give a 0 I would. I mad an appointment only to get there and be told they couldn’t install my tires and had no record of my appointment. When you call, despite them saying West Bend, their call center is in New Jersey and customer service told me they couldn’t install the tires because their technicians aren’t trained enough. Good luck if you trust them.
Stay away from this business, stay far away. I went in to this shop to have two tires mounted and balanced that I purchased at another store because they were able to get it done that morning. While working on my vehicle they said I need two new struts, sway Bar links and a bolt was broken on one of the struts. It would cost $800 to repair which included an alignment. They are amazing and know what they are doing and they don’t overcharge for things you don’t need.
The customer service sent me to the 5 star decision. This is the 3rd time I’ve purchased tires from here and they deserve a chance to make your sale, too!
