Made online appt at 8am for an oil change at 3pm.Showed up and the guy said he hadn’t checked the online system yet and e even tho I booked the appt and was confirmed. Wasted my whole day waiting for this appt, no compensation or offer won’t be going here again -

I Have worked with Tires Plus /Bridgestone for a little over 2 years now.. I love the level of integrity and the Genreal conversations I have while here. My lead tech has been here for 23 years. the coffee is instacup hot. Stop in just to say hi or to get a quote..
Every time I go to this location they are always so helpful and truly make my car troubles no problem for them to deal with. I am happy to go to this location!
