If you schedule someone for 3 o'clock. Dont make them wait til 4:15 to even be seen foe the first time. Blamed it on "we are down a man" so if youre short staffed you should adjust your schedule to accommodate the customer. Not fill your schedule regardless and make people wait. Im convinced mr tire and tires plus compete to see which one is better at having the worst service.
