Absolutely bad experience almost four times, got new tires with promise of free tire rotation for life and now manager changed and says they don’t follow that policy anymore, and previously got 2 defective wheel bearings worth 700 dollars installed by them and were not even ready to replace them. The manager is rude, don’t follow policies and absolutely worst service, never going back again
I had my oil changed and was charged an additional $23 for what was told was 11 ounces of oil due my engine taking 6.1 gts of oil. Most likely will not be going back after almost 20 years, damn shame.
Went to get the front brakes done on my Lexus and the staff and manager (Cheryl) were extremely helpful and friendly. After showing me which I did not know that my brake rotors were extremely larger than a normal set and worked with me to give me options on how to proceed. Very helpful team! Thank you
