Ms. Cheryl Price the service manager was fantastic. Very professional and genuinely cared about me as a customer and person. She brought me back to show me the mistakes made from previous work from another store before the work even started. Mr. Brian Washington the store manager worked with me to fix all my Trucks issues and did everything he could to keep my price down while receiving quality service. This is now my go to service provider.
My tire repair was scheduled for 10am. My car wasn't brought into the bay until 11:45am. Updated review.. My oil change was scheduled for 10:30 am. Car not brought in until 11:30 am. It's now noon. Timely service is not their thing. Online appointment is worthless. Plan to drop off your car and hope for the best? The wait time, despite making an appointment, diminishes the overall satisfaction of the service. Any recommendation would be tempered by the extremely long wait (90 minutes or more) to get your car back.
I had an appointment at 12 to fix one tire, I was told it would not take more than an hour and a half but it took double that. I didn’t leave till after 2:30! Was almost late to work, will not be back. $250 for one tire. On top of that, they did not even put on the right tire that I called ahead of time checked when I got there for my appointmentto make sure that they had. Cheryl was absolutely fantastic. In a world that customer service is dead, Cheryl was a bright spot. She deserves a raise or a cash award for her outstanding customer service.
