Great customer service. They stand behind their service, and correct issues when there is a problem. I had my air compressor replaced there, and when my a/c broke again 30 days later...they took my car back in, investigated, and found the replaced part was bad. So they ordered another, and replaced it free of any hassles or charges. You never really know how good customer service is at any place until there is a problem, and you see how they handle it. Thank you for great service, and I will return.
Set an appointment with these guys for Sunday at 3, got their 10 minutes before and waited for 10 min after 3. No service. What was the point in the appointment if you can’t be on time like your customer?
Quality work, reasonable pricing, and friendly employees. I have been going to this location for 11 years now and have always had positive experiences. Vinney is absolutely the best mechanic Ed, the store manager is so kind, friendly, and keeps you up to date with your cars progress. They are, simply the best!
