Great store, the staff is professional and knowledgeable. In my experience the owner went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with all they had to do. That was five years ago, i have been going there since then. I am from New Mexico, my daughter goes to school at the University of Missouri and there is no-one I would trust more than Tires Plus. Great service. Gentleman at the front desk answered ALL of my questions. I believe he was the manager of the store, very courteous. He was extremely patient. Service on the car looked great. My car runs better after I live Tire Plus. Thank you!!!Â

The guys are pretty helpful and friendly, but I can see that if you can come in asking for a non-tire related service, especially if if you are asking for diagnostic advice or heavy-duty mechanical work, they might be a little out of their element.Â
I was pretty nervous to take my car here after I read some of the bad reviews, but my boyfriend always takes my car there to get the oil changed and when I needed new tires, I took it to these guys. They were friendly, and even though I only asked them to do a few of the things by car needed, they didn't push me to do the rest. Also, they called and let me know I had a bent rim and needed new brake pads (which I knew) so I think they're legit. Recently had a good experience at Champaign Tire Plus. The service was amazing, I will totally tell all my friends and co workers. Recommend this place to everyone!Â
I would highly recommend this place. My son goes to school in Columbia Mo and these guys took care of his car when it was over heating without gauging him. I want to give a BIG "Thank you" to Tires Plus guys!!!Â
Super nice people and very honest which is hard to find in a mechanics shop. They had a great price and did great work.Â
