This place is abysmal in regard to servicing vehicles. My first visit to this facility was a few years back and was an emergency because they are right down the road from me. They destroyed my rocker panels because they don't know how to lift a vehicle properly. My second visit to the facility was on 03/01. I asked how long would I be back on the road, was told an hour max... To replace two bad tires, as someone previously in the industry, if someone came in for tires, we would replace the bad tires, not just 2 random tires ... read more
Ad says they work on vans, trucks and big rigs. Yet, I call for an alignment on my gladiator. I got 2 seconds of attention saying they only work on big trucks..... Time to update your web site I guess. Guess my money goes to someone wanting it!!
These guys just never stop amazing me. Two and and half years ago they installed a battery in our car which turned out to be too small and it failed the other day. When I returned home from the installation I checked under the hood and saw that the battery heat jacket was missing. When I called the rep said he would find it and install it at my home, of course that didn't happen. I picked it up the next day and installed it myself, no big deal to install.
