I needed a tire plugged because I had a screw in it. I was a bit nervous as a woman going in by myself that they would try to upsell me and tell me there was much more wrong with the car. But they were prompt, professional and efficient in getting my tire plugged quickly. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I couldn't be more pleased with their customer service.
