Well the general manager Will has been there for me for over 7 years since I moved to Covington. He has always been fair and honest. Has got me in and out in a proper way. He is th reason I keep coming back. The service is top notch.
Tires Plus in Stonecrest is the place. I live in the neighborhood and had always taken my vehicle to Conyers after being told by neighbors to get work done far away from Stonecrest, but not anymore. I’ve had tires changed out at a price that was competitive with Costco and an oil change that was about $40 cheaper than Valvoline. My husband took a friend’s vehicle there for an emergency that they were able to fit in to the schedule—without compromising quality work. I was pleased with the customer service and more than happy that I was able to get in and get my tire changed however, I received a tire with a broken air valve so my tire kept going flat while driving on the highway. I was able to get the valve replaced but was highly irritated that I had to get that replaced after 5 days.
