Technician doesn’t know the difference between a split sidewall from a pothole and dryrot, a 2 year old tire doesn’t get dryrot yet. Service took over an hour and another tech is just sitting down near my car instead of helping, I had to ask 3 times before someone let me go into the shop to see the tire, and one of the counter guys Darryle is incredibly rude.
