I scheduled 24 hours in advance to have a full wheel alignment at this location. My appointment time was 9:30 a.m. on 15 Feb. 25. I arrived at 9:28 a.m. When I approached the service desk, I was never greeted. I had to initiate dialogue. After I surrendered my keys to Service Advisor Matthew, I asked him to provide me with a time of completion. Matthew advised that my wait time is one and half hours because they were behind schedule.
