This store is aweful. I checked in approximately around 3:00pm. I was told at 5:45 that the material needed to do my oil change had just arrived, after I sat waiting for over 3 hours for an OIL change. No one told me when I checked in. Also there was a sign at entrance that said "No waiting" I am still waiting and it's after 6:pm. I will never return to this Tires Plus or any of your other Tires Plus ever again.Â
I am currently pricing brakes and decided to call Tires Plus in PTC. Ryley was very professional and explained all my options. Also, she took in into the shop so I could see the condition of my rotors. I enjoyed my experience!Â
