We called to see if they could plug a tire. They said no but we will patch it for free. I asked if I needed to make an appointment, the guy said no, but all we needed to do is come on up and he would fix it right up, so we drove up there and upon arrival he told me that the wait would be 2 hours. The problem was they were closing in 45 minutes. He said oh just bring it back tomorrow. What if it had not held that long. This was very bad business on their behalf.
Made appointment the day before. Was quoted price for 4 tires and oil change. Was told they opened at 8am, so made appointment for 8am. Was told it would take an hour (quote “we’ll have you out of here in an hour”). He showed me all info on screen. Went in for appointment and arrived 15 minutes early to find out they open at 7:30. Different employees working. Prices were different and turnaround time was longer. Seriously, how can you operate a business where your employees do not know the hours, prices and turnaround? RecommendedI think everyone would admit that when they have car problems they are concerned about being treated fairly financially. I've been a customer of Tires Plus in various cities for the past 26 years. The service advisor COLE that worked with me this past weekend has to be one of the BEST I've ever encountered. When you are about to spend a lot of money on tires, alignment, brake job, and an oil change you want to know what your options are, not feel like you are being pushed into a product that is "HIGH COMMISSION" even if it's not the best option for the customer. Friendly fast service! I needed new tires on my Sequoia and couldn’t seem to find the correct size anywhere online. They had me in and out in only a few hours. Even with them having to order my size tires from another location! Highly recommend them and will be back again soon
